The above mentioned is sold with the following terms:
The dog must be registered MASCA or NAMASCUSA and bear the prefix Triple R's to its registered name. if not the contract
becomes null and void.
1. Health and Satisfaction Warranty: Puppies are sold on a 3 (business) day satisfaction guarantee period. During this time the
pup must be examined by your veterinarian for a clean bill of health. If for some reason, your puppy does not receive a clean bill
of health or you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a full refund or if a replacement puppy is available it will be offered to you.
2. If your veterinarian determines that your dog has an inherited defect of abnormality, send us a letter signed by your vet indicating thenature of the problem and stating that in the vet's opinion this problem seriously affects the quality of the dogs life and otherwise prevent
the dog from being an acceptable pet or companion.
3. Guarantee on Hips & Eyes, We do offer a three year guarantee on all our puppies on eyes & hips. If your Triple R Puppy or Adult has
any problems with eyes ( Will not CERF clear) Or Hips will not (pass OFA) We would replace your Triple R Puppy at no cost.
Proof for eyes would have to be shown by an Ophthalmologist And for Hip Dysplasia. We would need a X-Ray showing the Hip Displasia
from a Vererinarian.
To qualify for a refund of the purchase price, or replacement puppy if preferred and available, and at the discretion of Triple R one of the
following conditions must be met.
1. The dog must be humanely euthanized by your vet if that is what He or She feels should be done. Also a letter from the vet stating that
this has been done should be sent to me. Otherwise the puppy may be returned to Triple R, or if both parties agree you may keep the
puppy or dog and have replacement puppy.
2. The dog's registration certificate must be returned to me, signed on the back returning ownership to me. If you have not already done
so, the dog must be spayed or neutered and a certificate from your vet stating that this has been done should be sent to us.
3. Buyer agrees not to breed this animal unless the following conditions are met:
4. Buyer will inform the breeder of any change of address and agrees to respond to any reasonable requests for information on the dog. If at any time during your dogs life, you have questions concerning health, training, etc, please feel free to contact me.
5. We breed for the best Miniature Australian Shepherds we can. But even with the best breeding we can never know for sure how big or
small our pups will be. We do hope they will be within the Standard but sometimes they can be over or under the size required for the
breed.
6. If at any time during your dog's life, you are unable or unwilling to continue to care for it for any reason
(even if it has whelped or sired a litter) the dog must be returned to Triple R Kennel-- there will be no refund under these circumstances.
7. Puppies bought on a co-ownership are obligated to the following conditions:
Your dog will be co-owned with Triple R's prefix and the name of Mary orJohn on your / MASCA or NAMASCUSA
registration papers.
PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide your Triple R dog with a loving home where the human hand is always the deliverer of pleasant experiences.
To never use harsh training or discipline methods such as hitting, slapping of your Puppy or Dog
To provide your Triple R dog with professional care, to keep its shots current, to have it examined at least once a year
by a licensed vet.
NEVER TO USE THE "TIE - OUT " METHOD OF CONFINEMENT , We also ask that all our Puppies/ Dogs be part of the family as a
house dog. (Never kept outside as a kennel dog)
The above mentioned terms are agreed upon by both partners to assure the well being and protection of the breed and this
Miniature Australian Shepherds in particular.
